Reformer Pilates uses a specialised bed-like machine with springs to create resistance, helping you strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body in a low-impact, highly effective way.
Unlike traditional mat Pilates, the reformer supports your body while also challenging it making it suitable for both beginners and those looking for a deeper, more dynamic workout.
Our classes are small, supportive, and designed for all levels, whether you're completely new or looking to progress your practice.
Located inside The Doctor Clinic, our studio offers a peaceful, private setting away from busy gyms, allowing you to fully focus on your body and your movement.

I’m so excited to welcome you into Lewes Reformer Studio.
I’m the founder of Hotpod Yoga Eastbourne and Wellness Warehouse, where I’ve spent the last 10 years building a wellness community focused on strength, confidence, and personal growth.
Everything I create is built around one thing... how people feel.
I want this to be a space where you feel supported, not judged.
Where you can grow in confidence, feel stronger in your body, and be part of something positive.
For me, that means creating an environment with no judgement just kindness, warmth, and a real sense of belonging. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, and know that you matter.
I bring this vision into Lewes, helping shape a studio that feels welcoming, empowering, and positive.
